We specialize exclusively in serving the United States market. We currently only ship to valid residential and business addresses located within the continental United States. All orders and financial transactions are securely processed in US Dollars (USD).

3. Order Processing Time
Our operational fulfillment schedule is structured as follows:

- Orders placed before our daily cutoff time of 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day or the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or official public holidays will be handled starting the next available business day. You will receive an automated email confirmation once your parcel has been packaged and handed over to our shipping carriers.
4. Transit & Delivery Duration
Once your order has left our facility, the estimated standard shipping time to any destination within the United States is 7 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note that while we make every human effort to ensure timely deliveries, transit times may occasionally experience minor delays due to external factors such as extreme weather conditions, carrier capacity bottlenecks, or federal holidays.
5. Real-Time Order Tracking

Within 24 hours of your package being scanned by the postal carrier, we will automatically transmit a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and direct lookup link. You can track your package's transit history directly on our store or via official carrier websites.
6. Address Corrections & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. If you realize you have made an error in your address information, please notify us immediately at info@velmone.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Velmone cannot be held legally or financially liable for lost or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect customer inputs.
