You have 30 calendar days from the exact date you received your item to request a return. Requests submitted after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

- The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- The item must remain in its original, undamaged retail packaging.
- All original tags, labels, accessories, and user manuals must be included inside the return package.
3. Free Returns (No Hidden Fees)
We offer Free Returns for all eligible orders within the United States. We do not charge any restocking fees, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email once your return request is approved. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Follow these simple steps to return your product:

- Provide your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return (attaching photos or videos if the product arrived damaged).
- Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to drop off your package.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your returned package is delivered to our inspection facility, our team will verify its contents and condition. We will immediately send you an email notification confirming receipt of your item and the final status of your refund approval.
If your return is officially approved, we will initiate and process your refund back to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or other payment gateways) within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or financial institution may require additional processing days to post the credit to your account balance.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
